1. Order Process

  • Orders are placed online through our website, www.wallpop.me.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship locally within Kuwait only.
  • Delivery typically takes 1–6 business days.
  • Please note that we do not provide tracking information for orders.

3. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in mint condition (unused and in original packaging) to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • The client covers the return shipping cost of 3 KD.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

4. Product Details

  • Due to the nature of the materials and printing process, colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen.
  • Handmade wooden frames may have slight size variations.
  • In the case of defective products or printing errors, we will replace the item at no additional cost. The original product must be returned to us before a replacement is provided.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Customers may cancel or modify their orders before the item is shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes.
